I wish happy face for everybody, but unfurtunately in Turkey it is not possible in these days because of Soma coal mine accident. 787 people had been inside the mine when an electrical fault triggered the blast. Carbon monoxide poisoning had claimed many lives.The electrical fault triggered a power cut, making the mine cages unusable. Those trapped are reported to be 2km (1.2 miles) below the surface and 4km from the mine entrance (bbc).

I knew I had seem that crater before...

The central caldera houses three small salt lakes of different colour and a rich oasis. On a larger scale the whole volcanic field is easily visible from space, as dark basaltic tephra extends 10-20 km from the central cone - with a clearly visible wind blown "tail".
